CCSS Sessions - Manual Submissions


This article will assist you with manually submitting your CCSS Sessions for processing.


Overview


The Xap system allows you to setup your preferred auto submit sessions day, however you can still manually submit if required.

When would you use the manual submission option?


If you have the automatic session submissions enabled, the manual submission is generally used to allow you to submit straight away if you have eg.:



Once changes or corrections have been made, the sessions can be manually submitted to CCSS to reduce the turn around processing time.

If the session information is corrected and not manually submitted, the system will automatically submit them on the next selected auto-submit day.



Manually submitting session reports


To manually submit session reports to CCSS:


  1. Select the Bookings & Attendances screen from the left-hand menu
  2. Select the Session Reports tab from the top menu



  • When correcting an Incomplete status session

If you have corrected a session with the status of Incomplete (unmarked or partially marked attendances). select the Save & Submit button at the bottom. This will save the new marking information and send that session report directly to CCSS for processing.



Complete Status session reports


For sessions with errors corrected and showing Complete as the status, they can be submitted to CCSS either individually or in bulk.

Bulk manual submissions


  1. Select complete sessions
  2. Select Bulk Action
  3. Select Submit from the drop-down menu

  1. Select a Reason for Change from the drop-down if required
  2. Add a further Reason for Late Change description if required
  3. Select Save & Submit
