Deleting an Incorrect Misc. Charge


As a Service you may apply miscellaneous account charges to Families, for example:


  • Show or Excursion charges
  • Service merchandise charges e.g. Hat or T-shirts
  • Automatically applied Early Drop-Off or Late Pick-up charges
  • Manually applied Early Drop-Off or Late Pick-up charges

However, these Account charges may need to be deleted on a case-by-case basis.


For Example:


The Automatic Early Drop-Off or Late Pick-up Fee has been applied, but it's incorrect as the Service signed the child out at close of business as the Guardian forgot to sign the child out at the correct time.

Note: If this is an automatic late pickup/early drop off charge, the misc. charges won't be automatically removed when the sign in/out times are corrected. The misc. charge will need to be manually deleted.

Deleting the Misc. Charge - Individual


To delete a misc. charge for an individual entry.


  1. Select the Payments & Billing Screen
  2. Select the Misc. Charges Tab
  3. Select the 3-dot menu next to the incorrect charge
  4. Select Delete from the drop-down menu



  1. Select Confirm Delete

The incorrect charges will now be removed off of the Family Statement and Balance.




Deleting the Misc. Charge - Bulk


To delete a misc. charge for multiple entries.


  1. Tick the Family/ies name on the left
  2. Select the Bulk Action button
  3. Select Delete

Select Confirm Delete


  1. Select Confirm Delete

The warning will display how many transactions are to be deleted

The incorrect charges will now be removed off of the Family Statement and Balance.



Applying Filters


Within the Misc. Charges screen, you can use the filters to search on:

  1. Family name
  2. Charge From Date
  3. Charge To Date
  4. Filter option for more advance filtering eg: Type of Charge
