Families - Account Activation Report
This article will assist you with viewing Families who haven't activated their Family Portals.
Overview
The Family Portal or Smile APP are really handy for your Families to use to be able to view and manage their details, this includes:
- Updating Guardian and Nominee details
- Managing Kiosk Codes
- Adding/Updating Billing Details for Direct Debit Payments
- Uploading new Documents for their children eg. New Anaphylaxis action plans if they have expired.
- Completing/updating Enrolment forms
- Signing CWA Agreements and Declarations
- Requesting Casual/Permanent Bookings.
- Viewing Statements & Invoices
- Making Payments if you have enabled this for your Service
If your Families haven't activated their Account this will prevent the from the benefits of all the above details.
Viewing Non-activated Families
- Select the Families screen from the left hand menu
- Select the Guardians Tab

- Select the Filter icon

- If you are in Enterprise (multi-centre) view, select the Service from the drop-down menu
- Tick the option of who have not activated Guardian Account yet
- Select Update Search

The Guardian screen will update with your refined filters.
If you would like to export this information out.
Either pre-select the Families on the left hand side then select Bulk Action OR just use the Bulk Action if you have multiple pages for this search result.
- Select Bulk Action
- Select Export to Excel

To re-send the Activation email.
Either pre-select the Families on the left hand side then select Bulk Action OR just use the Bulk Action if you have multiple pages for this search result.
- Select Bulk Action
- Select Create/Reset Password
