Global Search

This article will assist you with using the Global Search Feature in the Xap program.

What can you search on:

The Global Search Feature allows the Service to search on:

Guardian/Carer - First and Last names
Child names - First and Last names
Nominee - First and Last names

Note: The Global Search option is available on the top of the Xap program, regardless of what screen you are viewing.

Using the Global Search

To search on a Family:

Select the Search icon and type in the option eg. Last name
Select the Family/Child/Guardian/Nominee from the drop-down menu

Note: Once you begin typing, the system will do an automatic search.

You will be able to view the selected details on the Family Screen.

Note: Depending on if you select Family, Guardian, Child this will take you to the corresponding screen. In this example the Family option was selected.
