Global Add Button

This article will assist you with using the Global Add button within the Xap program.

Overview

The Xap program has a Global Add button on the top toolbar. This option is available on any screen within the program, to assist you with adding information quickly for your Service.

It allows users to quickly add an action without having to access this information through a step by step process from the main menu on the left side.

The Global Add button allows you to add the below information:

• Add Family
• Add Guardian
• Add Child
• Add Nominee
• Add Waitlist
• Add Booking
• Add Once Off Payment
• Add Recurring Payment
• Add Bond
• Add Miscellaneous Charges

In this example we are selecting to ‘add child". This will give the you the option to add a child to an existing family

1. Select the Service name from the drop-down (This will only be required if you have access to more than 1 Service on your Database)
2. Select the existing Family name
3. Add in the new Child's First name
4. Add in the new Child's Last name
5. Add in the new Child's Date of Birth
6. Select the Gender of the Child
7. Select who the child resides with
8. Add in the Address information
9. Select if you would like the Guardian/s to complete the Enrolment form online
10. Select Open Full Form if you would like to add in the rest of the Child's information
11. Select Save to save the new Child's information
