How to complete a once-off debit online (using a credit card or bank account)

In this document, we will show you how you can simply add a once-off debit online payment. Debit online is used to debit a family, using a credit card or bank account for an unscheduled or a once off payment.

Step 1: Select payments & billing from the left hand side menu.

Step 2: Select accounts from the top menu.

This will bring you to the Payment Accounts screen, where you can select 'Add a Payment' from the three-dot menu next to the relevant family.

From here, complete all mandatory fields, and select 'debit online'.

You will have the choice to debit from a credit/debit card or from a bank account.

Additionally, if the family wishes to save the new information for future direct debits, you can replace their old details by clicking on the 'update the card/bank details for the payment account with these details' check box.

Alternate Step 2: Select payments & billing from the left hand side menu - Select payments from the top menu.

Alternatively, if in the Payments screen, clicking the green plus button will allow you to debit the guardian as above.
