Search Filter Function
When using Xap, you have the option to customise your search results to find exactly what you want! Searching, filtering or refining can help you get a quick overview of the data you wish to view for a specific purpose.
Step 1: Select payments & billing from the left hand side menu.

Step 2: Select the tab you want to look at from the top menu.

Once you have selected your tab, you have the option to search/filter further:
Search by Keyword: You can use this search filter, to search by a keyword such as child's name, family name, and much more!

Search by date period: Use this search filter to refine by date period.
Each tab has their own set of filter tool features.
Accounts tab: In the Accounts tab, you will be able to search the balance as of date.

Payments tab: You can search payments from a start and end date.

Scheduled Payments tab: You can search payments from a start and end date.

**Miscellaneous Charges tab: ** You can search charges from a start and end date.

Invoices tab: You can search for invoices by the date the invoices are issued from and to.

Statements tab: Once you select the payment account holder, you can select the start and end date.

Heading Filter: Each heading also has it's own refine tool, select the heading if you wish to arrange alphabetical from A-Z or from Z-A.

Filter Tool: Use the Filter tool to refine by a specific set of rules. Each display preference has their own set of filter tool features.

Payment Accounts Tab: You will be able to filter the payment accounts by status, type and method.

Payment Tab: You will be able to filter payments by date period, statuses and amounts.

Scheduled Payment Tab: You will be able to filter payments for a date period, statuses and amounts.

Miscellaneous Charges Tab: You will be able to filter the payment accounts by status, accounts and date period.

Invoices Tab: You will be able to filter invoices by date period, status and amount.
