NSW Digital Hub Additional Enrolment Fields Guide
Overview
To support future NSW Department of Education reporting requirements via the ECEC Digital Hub, Xap has introduced additional enrolment questions and supporting data fields.
These questions allow services to begin collecting information required for future reporting and submission via the NSW Digital Hub.
Important: All new questions are disabled by default and must be enabled through Enrolment Form Settings before they will appear on enrolment forms.
Who Should Enable These Questions?
NSW Sessional Kindergarten services are encouraged to review and enable these questions when ready, so families can begin providing the information required for future department reporting via Digital Hub.
Any service receiving Start Strong funding for enrolled children will be required to have this data captured and submitted via Xap's integration with the Digital Hub when enabled.
A report (BETA - NSW Digital Hub Compliance Review) is available for to show customers what data will be transferred to the digital hub once the integration is enabled.
When your service is ready to participate in transferring data to the Digital Hub integration, please contact Xap Support.
NSW Long Day Care (LDC) Services
LDC services may also choose to enable these questions and begin collecting information. The Department will communicate to Long Day Care about the Digital Hub when appropriate.
How to Enable the Questions
- Navigate to Settings.
- Open Enrolment Form Settings.
- Review the NSW Digital Hub-related questions.
- Enable the questions.
- Save your changes.
- The selected questions will become available on enrolment forms and related workflows where applicable.
