Payments & Billing - Pay Now Option

The Pay Now Feature will allow the Family to make a payment via the Family Portal.
The Family can make this payment regardless of if they are setup for Direct Debit, Direct to Centre or B-Pay payment methods.

Please Note: Your Service will need to be setup with Paychoice to be able to use Pay Now.

Activating the Pay Now Feature

If you would like this feature to be enabled for your Service.

Note: This is enabled per Service and is defaulted to OFF.

Select the Settings screen
Select the Payments & Billing icon

Select the Service name
Select Edit General Settings

Select the option of Enable Guardian Pay Now Options
Select Save

The Pay Now Option will now be available via the Web Portal for Guardians & Carers.

Viewing Pay Now Payments

To view any payments that have been made via the Web Portal.

Select the Payments & Billing Screen
Select the Payments Tab

Important columns to note

Column Heading	Description
Category	Display as Online Debit - Payment
Amount	$ amount of payment
Description	Online Debit - Guardian Pay Option
Created by	Displays the Guardian/Carer name, date and time of who added the payment

Email notification to Service

When a Guardian pays online, the service receives an email notification so you can view and manage scheduled payments if required.
