Payments & Billing - Pay Now Option


This article will assist you with managing pay now payment options for your Families via the Family Portal.


Overview


The Pay Now Feature will allow the Family to make a payment via the Family Portal.

The Family can make this payment regardless of if they are setup for Direct Debit, Direct to Centre or B-Pay payment methods.


Please Note: Your Service will need to be setup with Paychoice to be able to use Pay Now.


Activating the Pay Now Feature


If you would like this feature to be enabled for your Service.

Note: This is enabled per Service and is defaulted to OFF.


  1. Select the Settings screen
  2. Select the Payments & Billing icon



  1. Select the Service name
  2. Select Edit General Settings




  1. Select the option of Enable Guardian Pay Now Options
  2. Select Save



The Pay Now Option will now be available via the Web Portal for Guardians & Carers.


Viewing Pay Now Payments


To view any payments that have been made via the Web Portal.


  1. Select the Payments & Billing Screen
  2. Select the Payments Tab
  3. Category will display as Online Debit - Payment
  4. Amount of Payment
  5. Description - What has been added by the Guardian/Carer
  6. Created by - Will display the Guardian/Carer who added the payment
