QLD Kindy for all - Sessional Kindergartens - Adding QLD Free Kindy payments


This article will assist you with adding the QLD Government Free Kindy payments for your Service.

Applying the QLD Government Free Kindy payments to your eligible children:


  1. Select the Bookings & Attendances screen
  2. Select the Kindy Subsidy tab



  1. Select the Children tab
  2. If you are in multi-centre mode, select the Centre (if you are in single centre the centre name will automatically display)
  3. Select the Program (s) you would like to apply the QLD Credits to
  4. Select Search



  1. Select the child/ren
  2. Select Bulk Action
  3. Select Apply Kindy Payments from the drop-down menu
Note: More than 1 child can be selected if the credit amount will be the same.



  1. Select the Program
  2. Select apply to selected children
  3. Add the required Transaction Date (This is the date the credit will appear on the statement for)
  4. Select QLD Government Free Kindy from the Transaction category drop-down menu
  5. Add in the QLD Kindy credit Payment amount ($)
  6. Add in a Description
Note: You can put a default description in see: Adding & Editing Transaction Categories
  1. Select Save

Repeat the process to apply the credits for the other eligible QLD Kindergarten children.
