Querying a submitted IS Case Claim
This article will assist you with querying and updating the status of a submitted IS case claims for your Service in the Xap program.
Overview
IS case claims are for circumstances where an additional educator is required. Services will first need approval from their IS case manager.
The claim can only be submitted via the software, once it has been approved via the ISP Portal. see: [ISP Portal

Retrieving/Querying the IS Case Claim information into the system, allows you to see the status and then payment details of submitted IS Case Claims.
Querying a submitted IS Case Claim
- Select CCSS interfaces from the left-hand side menu.

- Select the IS Case Claims icon.

- Select the Claims tab at the top of the screen.

- Select the Bulk Action button at the top of the screen.
- Select the Query Claims option

- If you are in Enterprise/Multi-Centre view Select the Centre Name
- Select the IS Case Claims option
- Add in your preferred search filters eg.
- Case ID
- Case Type
- Claim ID
- Claim Status
- Weekending
- Last Updated Since
- Select Query CCSS

The Case Claims statuses will be updated within the system.
Processed IS Case Claim
The Status of a Processed IS Case Claim will display:
- IS Claim ID
- IS Case ID
- Weekending for the Claim as well as hours claimed vs hours paid
- Dollar amount of IS paid for the week/claim
- Status - Processed
