Scheduled Payments Screen Explained


This help document will assist you with navigating and reading the Scheduled Payments page. This page will allow you to add and schedule a recurring payment(s) and view all details.


** Step 1: ** Select the payments and billing from the left-hand side menu.



** Step 2: ** Select the scheduled payments page from the top menu.



** Date: ** The date that the payment was scheduled for.



** Account: ** The guardians nominated account details.



** Category: ** The Type of payments which has been scheduled as.



Note: This may be a recurring direct debit, a once off direct debit, EFTPOS, cash, cheque, and bank deposit payments.


** Amount ($): ** The amount that has been scheduled to be paid to the center.



** Description: ** This section will provide you with a brief description of the payment type that has been scheduled.



** Status: ** This is the status of the payment transition progress which can assist you to keep track of all scheduled payments progress.



** Created By: ** This will list who the scheduled payment was created by.



** Centre: ** This is the name of the centre which the scheduled payments is for.



** Payments From - Payments To ** This search bar will allow you to view all payments scheduled between a date range selected.



** Filter ** The filter option will allow you to do an advanced search.



** Reset ** The reset option will allow you to reset your search and filter.



** Bulk Action ** The bulk action option will allow you to export information into a spread sheet and to delete any scheduled payments that you have added in.



**Add Payments ** You can add a scheduled payment by selecting the green plus box.



You can then select the Centre, the account you would like to charge, the date it would apply for, the type of scheduled payment, the amount along with description as required and the banking details including bank/card information.


Note: If new card/bank details are provided, system will add these card/bank details to the payment account. These details will be used for all the future direct debit/online payments.
