Activating your Staff User Account


This article will assist you with activating your Staff User account, to allow you to access Xap and the Connect App.


Overview


You will need to have a User Account created to allow you to access Xap and the Connect App for your Service.


Activating your User Account


Once your Service has created your User account in Xap, you will receive an Activation email.


  1. Select Create your Password



  1. Create your secure Password and confirm underneath.
  2. Select Activate your account



  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your Password
  3. Select Log In


Welcome to Xap!


Now you have activated your Account, your email address and password will allow you to access Xap and the Connect App/Kiosk.
