Adding CCMS Credentials for ISS

If your service has approval for ISS cases, you will need to add in your CCMS Credentials.

To add in this information:

1. Select Settings
2. Select Org/Pro/Centre Admin Details

3. Select the Centres heading
4. Select the 3-dot menu next to the Centre name
5. Select Edit from the drop-down menu

6. Add in your CCMS Username and Password
7. Select Save
