CCS Vacancies - Automatic Submission

This article will assist you with setting up your Service to automatically submit your CCS Vacancies. You will need to ensure that your CCS Vacancy information has been configured first.

###Overview

After setting up the configuration, your vacancies will automatically submit to CCS.

Setting the Automation

To setup your service to automatically submit your Vacancies to CCS:

Select the Settings screen
Within settings, select the Booking Configuration icon

Select the option of Submit CCS Vacancies automatically
Select Save

The Vacancies will be automatically submitted to CCS on Thursday and Friday at 6am.

If you receive the below error, then this means that your Vacancy information hasn't been configured.
