CCSS - Notifiable Events


This article will assist you with submitting and viewing Notifiable Events for your Service.


Overview


Notifiable Events


Notifiable events include:


  • Provider Contact Details
  • Provider External Admin Appointed
  • Provider of Financial Status
  • Provider Name Change
  • Provider Notification of Approval
  • Provider Physical & Postal Address
  • Provider Stops Operating a Service
  • Service Contact Details
  • Service Location of Records (Closure)
  • Service Name Change
  • Service Notification of Approval
  • Service Notification of Incident (BBFS)
  • Service Physical & Postal Address
  • Matters affecting Service Approval
  • Service Temporarily Ceasing

Submitting a Notifiable Event


To submit a notifiable event for your Service:


  1. Select the CCSS Screen from the left hand menu
  2. Select Service


  1. Select the Service name (this will automatically display your Centre if you are in Single Centre Mode)
  2. Select Temporary Service Closures



  1. Select Add



  1. Select the Reason for Closure

eg:

  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Other - Unforseeable etc.
  1. Add in a Description
  2. Add in the Closure Start Date
  3. Add in the Closure End Date
  4. Select Submit to CCSS



Viewing a submitted Event


To view Events that have been submitted to CCSS:


  1. Select the CCSS Screen from the left hand menu
  2. Select the Events icon



The Events screen will allow you to view and apply filters for specific Centres or Events.


You can apply Quick Filters
  • Event /type
  • Centre name
  • Event Start Date
  • Event End Dates



or use Advanced Filters



Filter options
  1. Search Keyword
  2. Recipient
  • Child
  • Service
  1. Centre/s
  2. Event Start Date From
  3. Event Start Date To
  4. Event Type
  • Local Emergency
  • Ministers Rules
  1. Event Subtype

LE = Local Emergency

MR = Minister's Rules

  • LEO1 - Cyclone
  • LE02 - Earthquake
  • LE03 - Fire
  • LE04 - Flood
  • LE05 - Other
  • LE06 - Storm
  • LE07 - Disease Outbreak
  • MR01 - Special Purpose Absences
  • MR02 - Extend Enrolments
  1. Specific Condition Type
  2. Update Search



Events Screen Information

  1. Event Subtype/Type - Will display the Type eg. MR01 - Special Purpose Absence
  2. Event Recipient ID - Displays the recipient and event ID
  3. Event Period - Displays the date range the Event was submitted for
  4. Event Description - Displays the Event Description that was added by the Service
  5. Special Con/Abs - Displays if special consideration absences were applied
  6. Service CRN - Displays the Services CRN the Event was for
  7. Centre - Displays the Centre name
