CCSS Session Report Statuses


This article will assist you with understanding the different statuses of your Services session reports with CCSS.


Overview


If your Service is CCSS Approved, your Sessions (Attendances) will be submitted to CCSS for processing and payment. The session reports display different statuses.


To view the Session Report Statuses.


  1. Select the Bookings & Attendances Screen from the left hand menu
  2. Select the Session Reports Tab on the top toolbar
  3. The Status drop-down will display the different Session report Statuses.
