Child Profile Screen Explained


The child profile screen will give you a breakdown of the child's account, and will give you a snapshot of different information such as the emergency contact information, medical conditions, court orders, dietary requirements, additional needs, timeline, photos and enrolment information.


The summary page will allow you to view important information about the child. If a family account has multiple children, you can switch between them to see their respective summaries. Simply click on the name of the child at the top of the screen.


To access the child profile screen, please follow the below steps :


Step 1: Select families from the left-hand menu.

Step 2: In the families page, select the children tab from the top menu.

Step 3: Select the child's name that you want to view.


This will take you to child's profile summary.


** In the child's summary page, you can view the following information: **


Timeline:



Click on the timeline tab to view the following information:


  1. **Name, date of birth and age. **


  1. ** Emergency contact. **


  1. ** Child details. **


  1. ** Cultural details. **


  1. ** School details. **


  1. ** Doctor and insurance details. **


  1. ** Timeline. You can like and comment on posts in this section **


  1. ** Tags. **


  1. ** Consents. **


  1. ** Medical conditions. **


  1. ** Court orders. **


  1. ** Dietary needs. **


  1. ** Additional needs. **



Enrolments:



Under the enrolments tab in the child's summary page, you can view enrolment information as seen in the image below:



Photos/ Videos


Under the photos/videos tab in the child's summary page, you can view photos and videos related to the child as seen in the image below:
