Filtering Discounts
The Discount Setup screen lets you create new discounts and filter existing ones. You can easily add a discount or quickly find discounts that have already been set up.
Within the Discount Setup screen, select the Filter icon
Filter options
Heading | Description |
|---|---|
Search | Search on Keywords e.g. Discount name |
Status | Search on status of Discount e.g. Active, Archived |
Centre(s) | Search by Centre if in Enterprise mode |
Discount Type | Filter by Gap or Fee |
Discount Category | Search on Gap or Fee Category types eg. Fee - Provider Enrolment Incentives, Gap - ECEC Educator or Cook, |
Application Method | Filter by - Rules, Amount/Percentage or Code |
Booking From & To Date | Filter by Discount effective date periods |
Discount Rule | Filter by Discount Rule options eg. Fee - Discount applied against room, Gap - Discount applied weekly with period limit |
Discount by | Filter on Discounts applied by - $ or % |
Search Discount Configurations | Additional filters eg. Expired Discount Codes |
Update Search | Once filter options have been selected click Update Search to apply. |
