Health Care Cards

Health Care Cards


This article will assist you with adding or viewing Health Care Cards for Children at your Service.


Overview


Health Care Cards can be added into the program, to assist you with tracking details for particular funding options.


Note: To allow you to add in Health Care Card details, the option needs to be selected within the Enrolment form. To assist you further with the Enrolment form see: Customising the Enrolment Form.


Adding a Health Care Card


To add a Health Care Card for a Family.


  1. Select the Family Screen
  2. Select the Families Tab
  3. Search on and select the Family



Within the Family Summary Tab:


  1. Select the 3 Dot menu for the Guardian
  2. Select Edit from the drop-down menu



Scroll down to the Education & Occupation section and you will be able to view the Health Care Card section.

  1. Select Attach a Document to upload the Health Care Card
The Uploaded document will display underneath.


  1. Add in the Health Care Card number
  2. Add in the Health Care Card Expiry Date
  3. Select Save to save the Health Care Card details






Uploading an Updated Health Care Card


If an existing Health Care Card has expired, a new document and new expiry date can be added.


  1. Select the Family Screen
  2. Select the Families Tab
  3. Search on and select the Family



Within the Family Summary Tab:


  1. Select the 3 Dot menu for the Guardian
  2. Select Edit from the drop-down menu



Scroll down to the Education & Occupation section and you will be able to view the Health Care Card section.


The existing HCC details will be displayed.



  1. Select the Red + button



  1. Select Attach a Document to upload the Health Care Card
The Uploaded document will display underneath.
  1. Add in the Health Care Card number
  2. Add in the Health Care Card Expiry Date
  3. Select Save to save the Health Care Card details
