How can I prompt an Active Family to complete the Enrolment Form?


This article will assist you with sending an email to a Guardian to complete the Enrolment form.


Overview


If a Family has commenced at your Centre via the Leads/Waitlist process, they will automatically be prompted to complete the Enrolment form once they have accepted the Offer.

If you have manually added the Family into the System, the auto-email and prompt to Guardians to complete the Enrolment Form is skipped.

However, you can still send an email to the Guardian per Child a request to complete the Enrolment form.


Sending the Enrolment Form Request


  1. Search on the Child or Guardian/Family
  2. Select the Family Name



Ensure you are under the Summary Screen for the selected Family.


  1. Select the 3 dot menu next to the name of the Child
  2. Select Edit from the drop-down menu

  1. Select Open Short Form


  1. Tick Request the parent to complete the enrolment form
  2. Select Save



The Guardian will then receive the below system email template.
