How To Add A Nominee (Emergency Contact) To A Family

This article will show you how to add a nominee to a family account.


Overview

Nominees (emergency contacts) are important to have in the system in case you need to contact a family, but the guardians are unavailable. Follow this process to add additional contacts to a family account.


To add a nominee:

  1. Select Families from the left-hand menu bar



  1. To enter the family's account, click on the relevant family's name



You can use the search filters located at the top of the page to easily locate the family's enrolment.


  1. Click on the Green + in the Nominees icon in the Summary tab



  1. Enter the mandatory nominee information fields marked with an asterix (*)



  1. Tick the relevant authorisations, upload a photo if needed, and click 'Save'.
