How to Export CCS Payments to Excel

Users may wish to export CCSS payments to an excel to further arrange and filter specific data. This can be useful at the end of a financial year to reconcile CCSS payments.

Step 1: Click the CCSS icon from the left side menu.

Step 2: Click on the payments icon from the available CCSS interfaces.

Step 3: You will see the list of payments arranged by clearing number on the grid.

**Step 4: ** Select the payments to export it in an excel using the bulk action button.

Step 5: Our system will download the excel file for you.

Note: Ensure your pop-up blocker is off.
