How to Query CCSS Messages & Notifications

If a service wishes to query through the latest CCSS messages or notifications, follow the instructions below.

Step 1: Click the CCSS icon from the left-hand side menu.

Step 2: Click on the messages icon from the available CCSS interfaces.

Step 3: You will see the list of messages on the grid. Xap system automatically queries CCSS messages and notifications on a regular interval. However, you have an option to query it manually as and when it requires.

Step 4: To query the messages, click on query CCSS button on the top right corner.

Step 5: Complete the details and click on query CCSS to retrieve the messages.

Step 6: Once queried, all messages will be displayed on the grid. Click on the filter to filter the messages according to your need.
