How to Query CCS Service Details

The purpose of the service interface is to provide access to users to manage the service change of circumstances process. This interface is used to receive and process new information that relates to a change in circumstances of an approved service, some of which is required under law and some of which is not, but is necessary to administer the child care subsidy system and ensure its records are up to date.

The purpose of this guide is to help you to query service details from CCSS.

Step 1: Click the CCSS icon from the left-hand side menu.

Step 2: Click on the services Icon from the available CCSS interfaces.

Step 3: Once you click on the service icon, you will be able to view your service's details on the screen. If you have more than one service, select the service from the left navigation to view/update the details.

Step 4: Click on query service button.

Step 5: On the right-side panel, enter the date from which you would like to query the provider details.
