How to set up a direct debit on a family account and set a debit limit?

Setting up a direct debit is the easiest and most convenient way to receive the payments from families.

Set up direct debit

1. Search and select the Family

2. Within the "Family Summary screen and Payment Account section select the 3 dot menu
3. Select Edit* from the drop-down menu

4. Select Yes to add in the Direct Debit details
5. Select Card or Bank

Step 4: If you want to set a limit on the account, select gap fee with upto amount.

Step 5: Once you select Submit, you’ll see a confirmation screen if the submission is successful.
