How To Set Up A Recurring Bond Payment

How To Set Up A Recurring Bond Payment

Bonds are payments made in advance (usually at the beginning of care) by a guardian to cover any unpaid fees when the child finishes care. If the fees are paid in full when the child finishes, then bonds can be refunded at the services discretion. It is up to you how much you charge as a bond, however for services who choose to charge in arrears, this can be a great solution to ensuring fees are not left unpaid or to cover costs in advance. This help document will show you how you can add a recurring bond payment to a families account.

Step 1: Select families left-hand side menu.

Step 2: Select the family you would like to view/edit.

Step 3: Select payments & billing from the top menu.

Step 4: Select bond from the top menu.

Step 5: Select the pink arrow, and select add recurring payments from the drop down box.

Step 6: Add the date you would like the payment to start from, the amount per payment and a description.

Step 7: Select payment method.

Step 8: Select recurring payment options and save.
