How To Submit A 204K Notice and Upload Additional Documents


State and territory details can be added to an existing ACCS Certificate. This help document will demonstrate how to submit a 204K notice.


How To Submit A 204K Notice


Step 1: Click on CCSS interfaces from the left-hand menu bar.

Step 2: Click on the ACCS wellbeing icon.

Step 3: Click on the three dots that are on the right-hand side of the certificate, and click on 'update state/territory body'.

Step 4: Click 'yes' to the question 'was provider notified of child's risk by an appropriate state/territory body?'.

Step 5: When you have entered in the relevant information, click on 'save' to submit the notice.

How To Upload Additional Documents To An ACCS Certificate or Determination


Additional documents can be uploaded to an existing ACCS certificate or determination.


Step 1: Click on CCSS interfaces from the left-hand menu bar.

Step 2: Click on the ACCS wellbeing icon.

Step 3: Click on three dots that are on the right-hand side of the certificate, and click on 'upload supporting documents'.

Step 4: Select the document type and to upload it to the certificate/determinations.

Step 5: Click on 'submit to CCSS' to submit the additional documents.
