IS Case Claim Error - No hours remaining to claim against this case


This article will assist you with correcting the error for an IS Case Claim No hours remaining to claim against this case


Overview


An IS case once Approved via the IS Portal will provide you with the allowed hours.


  • Face to Face - Total F2F hours for that can be claimed for the period of the claim
  • Non Face to Face - Total hours that can be claimed for Non F2F


The error will display as below



Why the error occurs

The "No Hours" Case claim error can be caused by:


  1. Claiming too many F2F once you have exceeded the approved hours
  2. Claiming too many Non F2F hours once you exceeded the approved hours
  3. The Incorrect Payment Method being selected when submitting the Claim


Viewing IS Non LF2F Hour Balances


To view the IS case hours


  1. Select the CCS Details Screen
  2. Select the IS Case Claims icon



  1. Select the 3 dot menu next to the specific IS Case
  2. Select View from the drop-down menu




You will then be able to view the Non F2F hours

  1. IS Non Face-to-Face Hours - Displays the total amount of IS hours that can be used
  2. Non Face-to-Face Balance - Displays the remaining hours that can still be claimed




Fixing the Error:


  1. Ensure that you check the IS case hours prior to creating the IS Case Claim
  2. Cap the Hours to be within your remaining IS Case Hours
