IS Case Claim Error - Weekending on Case Claim should be less than or equal to Case End Date

This article will assist you with correcting the error for an IS Case Claim Weekending on Case Claim should be less than or equal to Case End Date

Overview

An IS case once Approved via the IS Portal will provide you with the allowed hours.

Face to Face - Total F2F hours for that can be claimed for the period of the claim
Non Face to Face - Total hours that can be claimed for Non F2F

The error will display as below

Why the error occurs

The "Weekending Error" Case claim error is caused by:

The Case Claim being created for a date that is AFTER the IS Case Claim has ended.

In the below example:

IS Case End Date: 20/2/22

IS Case Claim Date: 27/2/22

Fixing the Error

Ensure you select an Active IS Case ID
If you are backdating and IS Case Claim, ensure the Claim weekending date is within the IS case period.
