IS Case Claims Report


This article will assist you with querying and updating the status of a submitted IS case claims for your Service in the Xap program.


Overview


IS case claims are for circumstances where an additional educator is required. Services will first need approval from their IS case manager.

The claim can only be submitted via the software, once it has been approved via the ISP Portal. see: [ISP Portal

The IS Case Claim report will allow you to view all the information for IS Case Claims within the program.


Viewing the IS Case Claims Report


  1. Select CCSS interfaces from the left-hand side menu.



  1. Select the IS Case Claims icon.



  1. Select the Claims tab at the top of the screen.



Note: The report can be viewed for an Individual Claim or In Bulk


  1. Select the IS Claim/s to be included on the report
  2. Select the Bulk Action button at the top of the screen.
  3. Select the Export to Excel option



The exported report will display


  1. Centre details
  2. Claim ID
  3. Case ID
  4. Weekending claim was submitted for
  5. Hours Claimed per IS case claim
  6. Hours Paid per IS case claim
  7. IS Payment Type
  8. Amount of IS paid per case claim
  9. Current Status of case claims
