Non-Activated Guardian Accounts




To ensure your Families Account information is up to date, you can filter on Guardians who haven't Activated their Xap Account.

The Xap Guardian Web portal and Guardian Smile app, provides Families with the ability to fully control of their Account and information.


This includes:


  • Adding & Editing Guardians
  • Adding & Editing Emergency Contacts (Nominees)
  • Updating Child's information including Health Documents & Medical details
  • Updating Direct Debit payment information



Applying Filters


Filters can be applied to view the Account Activation Status for the Guardians at your Service.


  1. Select your Families Screen
  2. Select the Guardians Tab
  3. Select the Filter icon

  1. Select Who have not activated the Guardian account yet
  2. Select Update Search

Exporting as a Report


To view this information on a report:


  1. Select the Guardian/s
  2. Select Bulk Action
  3. Select Export to Excel


Bulk Email


Once the filters have been applied, you may like to email the Families to remind them to Activate their login details

  1. Select the Families
  2. Select Bulk Action
  3. Select Send Email



  1. Select your Template (if created)
  2. View the details of the Template OR create your email message

  1. Select Send Email
