Operational Profile - Kindy/Preschool

This article will assist you with managing your operational profile, including any closures.

Overview

Your service might either be operational for 48 weeks or 50 weeks a year. It might be closed during school holidays. To manage the operational period or mark the closure period, you can use the Xap operational profile feature.

Viewing your Operational Profile Details

Select the Settings screen from the left-hand menu bar.
Select the Operational Profile icon.

Locate the service for which you would like to view or update the Operational Profile.

To view the current operational profile for a centre, select the arrow that is on the left of the Service's name.

Managing your Operational Profile Details

To make any changes to the existing operation profile:

Select 3 Dot menu next to the Service
Select Edit from the drop-down menu

Make any changes to the contact number, your service's email address as well as your website details as required

To mark any closure period, click on the status option "Temporary Closed".

Add in the closed from date and closed to date.
Select the effect on existing and new permanent bookings or casual bookings.
Select Save

You will need to repeat this process to re-set the Service as Operational.
