Personnel - Ending a Record
This article will assist you with ending a Personnel record for your Service.
Overview
Personnel records are used to manage Employees for your Service and linking them to CCSS including their Role status.
If an Employee ceases employment for your Service/Company, their record linking them for CCSS purposes needs to be ended.
Ending a Personnel Record
To end a Personnel Record
- Select the CCSS Details screen
- Select the Personnel icon

- Select the 3 dot menu next to the Personnel record to be ended
- Select the Edit option

- Their Employment status will currently be set to Yes, Change to No

- Add in the Employment End Date
- Select the Removal Reason from the drop-down menu
- Not Fit and Proper
- Other
- Person Deceased
- Resigned
- Terminated employment
- Select Submit to CCSS
Their record will now be disconnected for the selected Service/Provider/Organisation.
