Removing a Manual Tag


Tags are unique labels you can add to family records to help you search, sort, categorise, filter, and segment information more efficiently.

Tag's can either be:


Heading

Description

Actions

System

Xap Default Tag's, unable to be edited/archived

Automatically applied by Xap e.g. Child YES for Asthma = Asthma Tag applied

Userdefined

Tag created by the service.

Manually applied by the service as required eg. Family on Payment Plan


Tag's will only need to be manually removed if they are a service (user defined) Tag.


Note: Xap's system Tag's will be automatically removed if the child no longer meets the requirement. eg. Child had YES for custody orders, this is now set to NO, Custody order tag will be automatically removed

Removing a Tag


Tag's can be removed directly from e.g. Family/ Child


  1. Select the Families screen
  2. Select Family, Guardian or Children Tab
  3. Refine by using Search or Filters
  4. Select the 3-dot menu
  5. Select Add/Edit Tag

  1. Select the x next to the Tag to be removed
  2. Select Save
