Resend Guardian Login Details


This article will assist you with re-sending the Guardian login details in Bulk or Individually to access the Web Portal for Guardians and Carers and Xap Smile app.


Any person with Guardian level permission has access to the Web Portal for Guardians and Carers.





To assist you with viewing Guardians who have not activated their account see: Non-activated Guardian Accounts


Guardian Activations can be resent for:


  1. Active, Inactive Guardians
  2. Guardians still on the Waitlist or Pending Enrolments screens



Active Families


  1. Select the Families screen
  2. Select the Guardians Tab



Individual (Not yet activated)


Select the Envelope next to Invited - This will send the Account Activation email immediately.



Bulk Activations


  1. Select the Guardian/s on the left-hand side
  2. Select Bulk Action
  3. Select Create/Reset Password



Waiting List/Pending Enrolments Families


  1. Select the Waiting List screen
  2. Select either the Waiting List or Pending Enrolments Tab
Note: The process is the same for both the Waiting List and Pending Enrolments Tab.
  1. Select the 3-dot menu
  2. Select Reset Password from the drop-down menu



Bulk Activations


Within either the Waiting List or Pending Enrolments Tab

  1. Select the Family/ies
  2. Select Bulk Action
  3. Select Create/Reset Password from the drop-down menu




Email

Expiry

New Guardian Account Activation - Initial welcome/activation email

Link will not become expired until clicked and password is created.

Manually resent by Service/Guardian Create/Reset Password

Link will not become expired until clicked and password is created.

Guardian selecting Forgot Password option on app or Web portal

Link will expire in 30 minutes of getting created.
