Retrieving a new IS Case ID


This article will assist you with creating IS case claims for your Service in the Xap program.

Overview


IS case claims are for circumstances where an additional educator is required. Services will first need approval from their IS case manager.

The claim can only be submitted via the software, once it has been approved via the ISP Portal. see: ISP Portal

Retrieving a new IS Case ID


1: Select CCSS interfaces from the left-hand side menu.



2: Select the IS Case Claims icon.



Within the IS Case Tab


  1. Select the Pink Q (Query) button



  1. If you are in Enterprise view, select the Centre name to Query the IS Case ID for. If you are in Centre view your Centre name will automatically display

5 Select your Query type - IS Case

  1. Add in your Search Criteria eg.
  • Case Start Date
  • Case End Date
  • Case ID
  • Status etc.
  1. Select the Query CCSS button
Note: Only IS cases that have been fully approved via the ISP will be retrieved into the software



If your new IS Case ID isn't retrieved into the software, please contact your ISP Case Manager.
