Signing CWA Agreement - Guardian Portal

This article will assist you with viewing and signing the Service's CWA Agreement form.

Overview

The CWA (Complying Written Agreement) is a contract between yourself and the Service your child is attending. This agreement includes:

Booked Days
Session times for the Booked Days
Fee Prices

Note: Please check with your Service regarding their Policies for signing the CWA, they may have a paper-based option, instead of the electronic option available via the Guardian Portal or Smile APP.

Signing the Agreement

You can sign the CWA via the:

Summary Screen (This option is only available once your Service is actively connected to CCSS)
Child Profile

Via the Summary Screen

Log into your Guardian Portal
Select the Families screen from the pop-out menu

Within the Families screen:

The CWA Agreement will display the current status eg. Pending

Note: This option is only available once your Service is actively connected to CCSS. If your Service is still waiting on CCSS Approval, you will need to acknowledge this via your Child's Profile.

Select the Pencil/Edit icon

Select the Acknowledge Enrolment button

The CWA Agreement will display the updated status of Signed, including the date and Signing person.

Via the Child Profile Screen

Log into your Guardian Portal
Select the Families Screen

Select your Child's name from the top toolbar

Select the Enrolments Tab
Select the 3 dot icon
Select Acknowledge CWA Enrolment from the drop-down menu

Select Acknowledge Enrolment
