Portal for Guardians & Carers - Multi Centre access

This article will assist you with logging in and managing the portal for Guardians & Carers, if your details are linked across multiple Services or Child Care Companies.

Overview

Access to the Portal for Guardians & Carers and the Smile App for Guardians & Carers, is not limited to 1 Service or 1 Child Care Company. If your Account and Email address are linked across multiple Services or Companies, you will be able to access your details using the same login.

This includes:
Multiple Services linked to the same Company
Multiple Services linked to different Companies

Switching Services linked to the same Child Care Company

Once you have logged into the Portal.

On the top right hand side use the drop-down menu
Note: The current Service name will be displayed.



Select the option of Guardian Access



Select the Service to "switch" into



The new Service name will be displayed.



Switching Services linked to different Child Care Companies

To switch between Child Care Companies and the Services linked to that company.

On the top right hand side use the drop-down menu
Note: The current Service name will be displayed.



Select the Service to view and manage details for



The new Service name will be displayed on the top right hand toolbar



Setting the Default Service

You can choose to set a "default" Service, to assist you with managing your details easier.

On the top right hand side use the drop-down menu
Note: The current Service name will be displayed.



Select Change Login Preference



Your profile details will be displayed.
Select Guardian Access



Select the Default Service
Select Update Profile
