SMS - Sending an SMS

Communicating with your families is now even easier with SMS in Xap. SMS allows you to quickly update families about service events, urgent situations, or general reminders.

Because most families are more likely to read a text message than an email, your communication becomes faster, clearer, and more convenient for everyone.

To send an SMS to a Family:

Select the Bookings & Attendances screen
Select the Bookings Tab

Apply Filters e.g. Rooms, Dates etc.
Select the child/ren
Select Bulk Action
Select Send SMS from the drop-down menu

Select who to send the SMS to (Primary Guardians, Secondary Guardians or Nominees)
Add in the SMS message
Select Send
