Tags - Applying Tags
Tags are unique identifiers that can be associated with family records to search, sort, categorise, filter, and segment records in a more efficient way. You can select an existing tag from a list of tags or simply create a new one.
Tags can be created at the time they are being applied (depending on User Permission), or select from Tags that have already created.
Note: Tags are not visible to Families via the Guardian portal or Smile App.Tags can be applied against:
- Families
- Guardians
- Children
Tags can be applied via:
- Families Screen
- Guardian Screen
- Children Screen
- Family Summary
Tag's are defined by:
Heading | Description | Actions |
|---|---|---|
System | Xap Default Tag's, unable to be edited/archived | Automatically applied by Xap e.g. Child YES for Asthma = Asthma Tag applied |
Userdefined | Tag created by the service. | Manually applied by the service as required e.g. Family on Payment Plan |
Manual Tags
Tags will need to be applied if you have Custom Enrolment Form questions and would like to filter on these options and have them visible via the Connect App.
The information can be found on the Child's Details or Enrolment forms.
This would assist with e.g.:
- Custom Kindergarten questions eg. FTB a/b eligibility
- Bus Lists
- Schools of Attendance
