VIC Arrival Multiple Child Upload Report

The VIC Arrival Multiple Child Report will provide you with the required information that you need to apply for kindergarten funding through the Arrival. The existing KIM report will be update as the requirements have changed.

The report includes VIC Centres and Children with bookings in the current calendar year, and shows columns as stated in the Arrival Child Template.

1. Legend:

• Grey - mandatory/conditional columns that are blank and the data needed cannot be determined in XAP
• Pink - mandatory/conditional columns that are blank and which we can find in XAP but are not filled out

2. Export options

• CSV - required Government format
• XLXS - is not the correct format required from the Government but allows the format to be customised

CSV format export

This is the Government required format for upload and will provide you with a message if there are mandatory fields with missing information.

XLSX format export

This format can be downloaded if you would like to include the formatting (highlights) in your file. Once you have managed these format changes, you can save the XLSX file to CSV for it to be accepted in the upload.
