Viewing a Families Payment History
The Payments tab on the Family Summary page allows you to view all unsuccessful payment attempts (successful payments coming soon) for a family in one convenient screen.
This provides clear visibility of failed transactions, helping you easily track payment activity and follow up on outstanding amounts efficiently.
Note: This tab will also be visible to the Families via the Guardian portal see: Viewing your Families payment history
You can view the family payment history via the Family Summary and selecting the Payments & Billing Tab either via:
- Global Search or
- Families screen

Payments Tab
Section 1
Heading | Description |

Payments From | Display account payments start from date. |
Payments To | Display account payments up to date. |
Status | Filter on payment status e.g. Pending, Declined Failed (successful statuses coming soon!) |
Section 2
Heading | Description |

Date | Date and Day of Payment. |
Transaction Type | Payment type e.g. Direct Debit, Online Debit etc. |
Amount | Amount of payment. |
Status | Payment status e.g. Pending, Declined Failed (successful statuses coming soon!) |
Message | Declined message from Paychoice e.g. Insufficient Funds |
Note: Payments with a pending status with a transaction date of today or in the past may display on the declined transactions screen. This is because pending means it hasn't been submitted to Paychoice. Same day transaction will move to the Successful Payments screen once submitted to Paychoice, however if is for a prior date it will not be submitted.
