Viewing current Guardian Kiosk Codes - Report

This article will assist you with exporting a report that will display the current kiosk codes for your Guardians.

Overview

When a Guardian is created they will receive an automatic email with a default kiosk code. The Guardian is able to adjust the code to their preferred option either via the Guardian portal or Smile app.

You are able to extract a report that includes the current Kiosk code for Guardians from the Xap program.

Note: The report will only show the code as it is a the time the report is extracted or previewed. If the Guardian has made a change to their code the existing extracted report will not show the change, the report would need to be re-extracted.

Extracting the report

Note it is recommended for privacy that this report is not displayed in your office or centre, and is kept in a secure location due to disclosing of guardian information without consent.

To extract the current Guardian Kiosk codes.

Select your Families screen from the left-hand menu
Select the Guardians tab from the top menu

Select Bulk Action
Select Export to Excel from the drop-down menu

View the report

The report will then display:

Guardian name
Mobile Number
Current Sign in Code (kiosk code)
