Adding Additional Permanent Recurring Days


This article will assist you with adding additional permanent days to an existing booking.


Overview


If a child is picking up extra days permanently, this can be managed via the Add Booking options.

The +Add booking option is for managing:


  • Adding an additional permanent day eg. Child currently attends Mon, Wed and is now adding a permanent Fri.
  • Adding a NEW booking pattern for a NEW child
  • Adding a NEW booking for an existing child that is changing Days or Rooms permanently.

Adding an Additional Recurring Day


To add in the additional extra day to an existing booking pattern.


  1. Select the Bookings & Attendances Screen
Note: Bookings can also be created using the Global Add > Add Bookings or via the Family Summary > Bookings for the selected Family



  1. Select the Green + button



In this example the child is currently attending Mon, Wed and is adding a permanent Friday. The Room and Fees are remaining the same.

Within the Add Bookings screen:

  1. Select the name of the Child from the Drop down menu
  2. Select the Care Type to link the Booking too
  3. Select the CCSS Enrolment type
  4. Select the Parent Account liable for the fees for the Booking
  5. Select Repeat Weekly
  6. Select the Start Date of the new additional Day commencing from
  7. Select In this example ONLY add in the New Day eg. Friday (as the current Mon, Wed are remaining the same)
  8. Select the option under Effect on Existing bookings to Update the overlapping Bookings
Note: This option will leave the existing Mon, Wed booking in place and only add in the new Additional Day
  1. Select Save
