This article will assist Guardians & Carers with adding Direct Debit details in via the web portal for Guardians & Carers.
Overview
Guardians/ Carers have the opportunity to add in their Direct Debit details to their payment account in order to pay your Service fees and charges.
Adding Direct Debit Details
To add in the Direct Debit Details via the web portal:
- Sign into the Web Portal
- Select the Families Screen
- Select the 3 dot menu next to Payment Account(s)
- Select Edit from the drop-down menu

- Ensure your Payment method is set to Direct Debit
- Select your Payment type eg. Card or Bank
Adding Credit Card Details
- Check your Payment method is Set to Direct Debit
- Select Card
- Add in your Credit Card details
- Tick the Acknowledgement
- Set the Transaction Start Date
- Tick your preferred Transaction Day
- Select Save

Adding in Bank Account Details
- Check your payment method is Set to Direct Debit
- Select Bank
- Add in your Bank Account details
- Tick the Acknowledgement
- Set the Transaction Start Date
- Tick your preferred Transaction Day
- Select Save
