Archiving & Unarchiving a Lead
This article will assist you with Archiving and Unarchiving a Lead enquiry.
Overview
When an enquiry comes into the Waitlist Screen as a Lead or Tour Enquiry, you can manage the status of this enquiry.
Lead/Tour Statuses

Archiving an Individual Lead
If a Lead Enquiry is no longer required, you can Archive it to remove it from the screen. Archived Leads can still be unarchived and viewed.
Note: Leads can be Archived regardless of the status. eg. Active, Waitlisted, Enrolled- Select the Waitlist & Tours Screen

- Select the Leads screen
- Select the Lead you would like to Archive
- Select Archive from the drop-down menu

- Select Confirm Archive

Archiving Leads in Bulk
- Select the Waitlist & Tours Screen

- Select the Leads screen
- Select the Leads you would like to Archive
- Select Bulk Action
- Select Archive from the drop-down menu

- Select Confirm Archive

Unarchiving a Lead Enquiry
Unarchiving a Lead would be helpful if eg.
- A Junk or Lost Lead would now like to go back onto your Waitlist
- A Lead moved to Waitlist would now like to go back onto your Waiting list
To Unarchive a Lead Enquiry
- Select the Waitlist & Tours Screen

- Select the Leads screen
- Select Archived from the Status
- Select Search

- Select the Lead/s to Unarchive
- Select Bulk Action
- Select Change the Status

- Select the required Status eg. Active
- Select Submit

The Unarchived Lead will be visible back on the Leads screen with the status prior to Archiving.
For example:
- The Status prior to Archiving was Active - after being Unarchived it will return to Active Status.
- The Status prior to Archiving was Waitlisted - after being Unarchived it will return to Waitlisted Status.
