Creating Tour Slots

This article will assist you with creating and managing Tour Slots for your Service.

Overview

The Tour slots are linked to the Lead CRM system within Xap. This allows you to capture Expressions of Interests from Families and book them into Tours for your Service.

Creating Tour Slots

Once your Settings have been configured you can create the Tour Slots for the Service.

To assist you with the Full Lead CRM setup see: Lead CRM - Setup

Within the Tour Calendar Setup Screen, select the Green + button

Select Add Tour Slot
Tour Slot Period - Set the Tour Start and End Dates
**Slot **- Select the Days Tours can be booked
Tour Slot Time - Set the times Tours can be booked
Select the + button to add further Tour Slot days and times
Select the Service/s to assign these settings to
Select Save button to save the Tour Settings

The Tour slot days and times will display on the Calendar
