How to confirm an enrolment application from pending enrolments

Once you have offered places to the family and the guardian has accepted your offer, their application will move to the pending enrolments tab. From here you will need to confirm the spot which will transfer the child's/family's details from the waiting list to manage families. Keep reading to find out how to complete these steps:

*Step 1: Select the waiting list icon from the main menu.

*Step 2: Click Pending Enrolments

Step 3: Click the 3-dot menu next to the enrolment you wish to confirm, then click Confirm Places

Step 4: Review the information for the enrolment, and click Confirm.
